Tesis Engineering’s load tilters, upenders, and turners can be completely customized as for dimensions and load capacities (range 200 kg. / + 80 t.).
Tesis Engineering offers a most diverse line of tilting and turning solutions for wide variety of applications: to position items on pallets, to improve ergonomics by facilitating reach of the operator for assembly or picking operations, to the integration in automatic production lines.
Tesis Engineering’s turners and upenders make the handling of heavy and bulky loads easier and safer during all the turnaround and palletizing operations, in particular of coils, rolls and reels.
Custom Engineered Tilters & Tilting Conveyors
Tesis Engineering tilting and turning systems are available with different configurations and options to best suit most application requirements:
- Custom-shaped deck to accommodate loads with particular shapes (e.g. cradle deck for coils and reels)
- Load transfer systems (e.g. roller conveyors, belt conveyors, etc.) to speed up and simplify the transfer operations from/to other material handling equipment, or to facilitate repositioning of items on the tilter decks.
- Adjustable load-holding devices for handling items of different sizes
- Non-abrasive deck surface covering / padding

360° Tilters and Turners
Tesis Engineering's systems to overturn loads up to 360° position include, among others, specific equipment for rotating piles of paper and cardboard (pile turners) and for overturning drums (drum turners) and containers (container turners).
